RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please also note that if you reside outside France, shipping your return may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

❌ Personalized items (custom orders, engravings)
❌ Personal care products (makeup, cosmetics)
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.


14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION

In accordance with applicable regulations, if your order ships within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. We like to make it easy for you and stretched this to 30 day returns on Paris Envol purchases!

The returned item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
