RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy subject to the conditions outlined below . To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are for your own expense and may vary due to type of your item.

To start a return, contact us at contact@parisenvol.com Please note that returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

❌ Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
❌ Personalized items (custom orders, engravings)
❌ Personal care products (makeup, cosmetics, underwear,bra's)
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ Electronic products once used

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items only.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
